Parishioner Cherie Hughes will be signing copies of her new book Convert Maker, a biography of Archbishop Fulton Sheen, American TV personality and Catholic evangelist.

Dr. Hughes will read an excerpt from the book, answer a few questions, and sign copies of the book. Copies will be available for purchase.

 

Cheryl C. D. Hughes holds a Ph.D. in historical theology from Durham University in England. Her books include Katharine Drexel: The Riches-to-Rags Story of an American Catholic Saint (2014) and Crossing Boundaries and Confounding Identity: Chinese Women in Literature, Art, and Film (2023). She and her husband live in Tulsa, Oklahoma and are parishioners of Holy Family Cathedral.
